Clip brackets back under the lip of gutter then slide tiles down back into place.

If gutter prone to flooding due to poor maintenance or design then apply bead of silicone under the gutter lip. Spread out the excess silicone up into lip using gloved finger, sealing under the lip will stop water sneaking under the liner.
