How long have you been relining Box gutters?
Since 1997, so over 24 years.
How many metres or jobs have you done?
Over 500km and 6000 jobs World wide.
Do you glue the liner down ?
Yes.
How much glue do I need per metre ?
10mm wide Bead in a Castle pattern-100mm apart.
What type of glue do I use?
Silicon or construction adhesive like Liquid Nails.Â
Do I use the same glue around Downpipe or overflows?
No ,we use Silicon to seal around Downpipes as flexible and tough.
What is GUTTA-LINER made of?
High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) which is the same product used for Ponds, Pools and Dams.
Where is it made?
South Australia by our registered manufacturer to our specific formula.
How long does it last?
GUTTA-LINER has a Ten year warranty* but if protective cover installed can expect to double life expectancy
Generally around $30/metre if over 50 metres but depends on the length and safety issues.
Ten metre standard reline job is $1890 + GST.
Yes we can, however re-rolling and cutting costs apply.
Yes, if you have basic Handyman skills, liners come in 10m,25m,50m and 100m.
Yes, but only in a DIY kit that has comprehensive instructions.
1500mm, but has a 6 week lead time from our supplier.
If gutters are prone to flooding due to poor maintenance or under-sized downpipes, or blocked stormwater pipes then you will need to silicon under the lip of the gutter before install to seal.
Yes we have teams of installers that service all areas.
GUTTA-LINER is designed to expand and contract so is unaffected but to ensure no issues we install in a one piece liner !
