Orders received by 10.00am will be delivered between 5 and 10 working days by a courier. Shipping costs are automatically included in your order total at checkout. Charges are based on your location post code.
Please nominate the drop off location if you are going to be away. There is a text area for entering delivery instructions on the checkout page.
If goods are found defective you must notify us immediately, and with in 3 working days.
Please have your purchase order and membership numbers handy when you contact us. When returning goods,you must contact us to arrange for return courier. Upon receipt of returned goods a replacement item will be provided with no extra charges. Alternatively, a full refund will be made into your membership account.
